Saliseal Returns Policy

Thank you for your interest in Saliseal products. Below you will find our returns policy, in which we would like to inform you about the conditions for returning products.

General Return Policy:
1. Stock products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
2. Custom products, such as products that are made to a special size or color, cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Conditions for returns:
1. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
2. The product must be in the same condition as it was received, without any form of damage or signs of use. If there is any damage or traces of use, this damage will be deducted from the amount to be refunded after all reasonable steps.
3. Make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid shipping damage.
4. Returns must be registered online via the website via the link below. If you don't have an account, you can still create one. Please use the same email address you ordered with to view your products.

Returns procedure:
1. Register your return yourself via the website or contact our customer service to register your return.

2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
3. Add the return authorization number to the outside of the package.
4. Send the return to the address you received from our customer service.
5. As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible.

Important to know:
1. The costs for returning a product are at your own expense, unless the return is the result of a defect or an error on our part.
2. We recommend using a shipping method with traceability so that you always have proof of shipment.
